Understanding the importance of the 2nd Amendment for the preservation of our liberties and our families, I am honored to have scored 100% on the National Association for Gun Rights survey.
Despite our state being overwhelmingly red, our gun rights as Hoosiers are constantly being threatened.
My opponent voted against a true Constitutional Carry bill in 2021 and then this year voted for the confiscation of your guns without due process of law.
Indiana also has red flag laws on the books, which allow someone to petition a court to take firearms away from someone whom they consider may pose "a danger" to either themselves or others.
Under the Biden regime, we have seen Americans who want a full audit of the suspicious and shady election of 2020 be considered "domestic terrorists."
We have seen state governments set up hotlines to call and report your neighbor who wasn't wearing a mask or had "too many people" at their house.
Red flag laws set up dangerous precedent for our guns to be taken away by corrupt politicians.
This is why I will fight to abolish red flag laws as a state representative.
